- As a contract customer, you can reach the clear mobile customer service around the clock under the telephone number 040 34 8585 500. Prepaid customers can lock your SIM card via telephone on 040 34 8585 500.
- Alternatively, log in to the clear mobile website with your customer data and select the menu item "lock SIM card" from.
