You want to transfer your Opera saved bookmarks to a different Browser, you must first export it. How to do this, we will show you here.

Opera bookmarks as an HTML export file

To your bookmarks to save, or in other browsers like Firefox or Chrome to use, you can export these to an HTML file. Unfortunately, Opera has removed the corresponding function in newer versions of the browser. You need to install a suitable extension, such as "Bookmarks Import & Export":
  1. Visit Opera the Download-page of Bookmarks, Import & Export and right-click on the green Button "add to Opera".
  2. The new extension should start automatically. Alternatively, you can open it via the new icon in the browser bar.
  3. Click on the Button "EXPORT". The HTML file with your bookmarks is now saved with the name "bookmarks.html" in your Download directory.
  4. In older versions of Opera, select "manage bookmarks" and then "popup: file".
