My Vodafone: Private forgot password
The password to your My Vodafone Account does not match the password of your Internet connection or router. The password you specified during registration. Should you have forgotten it, however, you can easily restore it:
- To do this, open this Support website of Vodafone in your Browser.
- Enter in the field "user name" your Account name. If you have specified at registration is also your customer number and your phone number, you can also use this data here.
- Then, you bear in the field "security code", the figures showed combination and click "Next".
- You will then receive a Mail from Vodafone to the address on file. Click on the Link displayed and set on the website for your new password.
- You can then login with the new password.

Should you not receive an email, or your address is outdated, you will need to contact the Vodafone customer service contact. The employee can then change your E-Mail address, so that you can perform the operation again.
