Flixbus contact: Hotline and contact details of the customer services
Since Flixbus and MeinFernbus belong to the same company, you can contact with questions or problems to the same customer service:
- General questions do you find most already in the Online FAQ to answer. Information regarding delays and travel-default is also available on this page.
- For other issues, you can reach the staff by Flixbus by E-Mail at "service@flixbus.de". In General, you will receive within a few days or hours for a response.
- Alternatively, you can use the contact hotline 030 - 300 137 300 which is open Monday to Sunday around the clock. This is a normal toll-free telephone number, for which you pay only for your local call rate.
