Error while healthy dinner: alcohol for the night
A beer or a glass of wine with dinner for many people particularly well. But to drink alcohol on a regular basis for dinner is not exactly healthy. Alcoholic beverages contain not only a lot of calories, but also promotes that your body-fat increasingly stores.
- Instead drink water or tea to a healthy dinner.
- Alcohol, you can treat yourself to, however, now and again, but not on a regular basis.
Entertainment during the meal
The television program, a Stream or a YouTube Video of your conversation during dinner? That should change, because the optical stimuli and the distraction it takes longer, until you have eaten your fill.
- Turn off all the screens and entertain yourself, ideally with a shared dinner.
- If you want to eat a healthy dinner and you disturbs the silence, then listen to some music.

Too much energy in the evening
A typical mistake at dinner: they come only in the Evening for dinner and eat a huge Portion of carbs such as pasta or bread. Both provides your body with a lot of energy, which increases the blood sugar level. This allows you to sleep worse.

- Think about whether you are eating during the day to little. Adjust your meals if you have every night really hungry and barely have enough.

Late for dinner is not healthy
You have a small job to do, the food comes sometimes to short. If you, however, just before going to bed for dinner, this is not exactly healthy because the digestive system has to work for a few hours until the food is digested. While you sleep is to rest the digestive system, however, which is not a good combination.
- You eat at least 2 to 3 hours before you go to sleep.
