Google: Two-factors-authentication enable

In order to protect your Google account, you should enable Two-factor authentication. Then you need to enter a security code from an unknown Browser or PC to register.

Two-factor authentication for the Google account set up

  1. Log in first and click on your profile photo in the upper right-hand corner. You switch over the Pop-Up menu in your "account" settings.
  2. There you can set under the "security" of the "confirmation in two steps".
  3. Follow the Windows and log in again.
  4. Now you can specify your mobile phone number and a first confirmation code request.
  5. After receiving it, enter these. After that, you can classify your current Computer as trusted.
  6. With the completion of their Two-factor authentication is enabled.

Applications without Two-factor authentication

Not to use in order to continue to applications that support Two-factor authentication, you can also set up application-specific passwords.
  • To do this, go under "confirmation in two steps" on "application-specific passwords manage".
  • After re-entering your password you will now see your previous passwords and can generate new.
  • You can use these once in your Apps.
