Facebook: Two-factors-authentication enable

To make your Facebook account as safe as possible, you can enable Two-factor authentication. Now you need to enter it each time you Login from an unknown Browser or PC, a further security code.

Settings for the Two-factors-authentication customize

  1. First, open the settings menu on the "privacy shortcuts" (lock icon in the upper-right corner) and "More settings".
  2. Under the menu item "security" you will find the Option "confirmation of registration".
  3. You enable this by placing a check mark in the Option.
  4. If you have not provided a mobile number in Facebook, you will be prompted to do so now.
  5. After a short time they reached the first Confirmation-SMS. Enter the included Code into the window at Facebook.
  6. Now your Two factors-Atuhentifizierung is enabled in Facebook.
