You want to make your Google Plus page an individual, you can use an animated background image. We will show you how to do it.

Until recently, you could upload to Google Plus either an animated GIF in a size of 940 x 180 pixels or five GIFs in the size of 110 x 110 pixels.

This is currently unfortunately not possible. The background images need to be on Google Plus now at least 480 pixels wide and 270 pixels high.
Open the site of Google Plus and switch at the top right of your profile.
To the right of your profile picture you will see the Button "change background image". Under the tab, "" able to set Upload your own GIF image as a background image.
