Google Meet: Share screen - this is how it works

During a meeting you can share your screen with the other participants:

• During the meeting , first click on the symbol with the rectangle and arrow in the bar below.
• You will then have the choice between three options for sharing the screen. You can either share your entire screen or just a specific window which you select beforehand.
• There is also the option to share just a single tab within the browser .
• The first time you still need to allow access to the browser to share screen content.
• Now all other participants see your screen or only the parts you specified.
• Click " End Presentation " to stop sharing.

Use Google Meet as an app on your smartphone, you can also share the screen:

• Click the three vertical dots icon while in a meeting.
• Select the item " Share screen " in the window that now appears.
• By clicking on " Share now " you start sharing and other participants will now see your smartphone screen.
• To exit , return to the Google Meet app and tap " Stop sharing ".
