GEZ-fee for the second apartment
The GEZ is, in principle, for all households, no matter how many people you will be living or what devices they actually have.
- Although a secondary residence applies, strictly speaking, as a household, there is, however, for some time a special scheme.
- After a judgment of the Federal constitutional court, the collection of the GEZ for a second home is not compatible with the basic law. This means that you have to pay for your second home there are no duplicate fees.
