Wi-Fi name of the FritzBox change - how it works
Called the SSID of your FritzBox, you can change in the Web interface of the router:
- To do this, go to the user interface in your Browser. To do this, enter "fritz.box" in the address bar, enter and confirm with [Enter]. Now you need to enter, if appropriate, your password that you assigned during the configuration of the Router.
- In the menu on the left, click the button "Wi-Fi".
- Now you can enter to the right of the point "SSID" any Wi-Fi name (see image).
- Confirm your input by clicking at the bottom of the screen, click "Apply".

The FritzBox is a true multi-talent. You can in addition to your actual wireless network a wireless guest access for visitors to set up.
