Package recording in the Fritzbox build - in 10 steps
The package of recordings included, among other things, the settings of your FRITZ!Box, data, Internet communications and telephony control information. Not your Internet telephony, Internet access or Wi-Fi password to be recorded.
- Call in the Internet browser to the website "http://fritz.box/support.lua" on. Should this not be achievable, make use of the address "http://169.254.1.1/support.lua".
- You then enter your Router password and click "Login".
- In the section "packet recording" click on the blue Link "package recordings".
- Now you can start the recording by clicking in the section "Internet" in "1. Connection to the Internet" click on "Start". This section is not available, click "Routing-interface" to "Start".
- Next, click in the section "DTrace" on "Start".
- After the error, or the scenario that you want to record like.
- Then, you end the recording with a click on "Stop" in the sections. Important: do not Use the button "All Stop".
- To Save the data, click in the section "DTrace" in the line "new result" on the Button "dtrace.txt".
- Now select the Option "Save" and place the file somewhere on your computer.
- This Text-file, you can then on the Fritzbox Support send or even open.
