Firmware Update Telekom-Router: speed port
The Speedport Router, the Firmware is automatically updated. This you must enable the rule once:
- Type "speedport.ip" in the address bar of your browser and press [Enter].
- Now enter your device password is under the Router.
- In the menu go to "settings" and then on "easy support". In older models, you will find the "easy support" under "administrative tools" > "tools".
- Now, check whether the "easy support" is enabled, otherwise, click on "A".
- Once a Firmware Update is available, loads the Router and performs the Update automatically. All you have to do.

- For speed link Router can you find on the download page of the Telekom for each model the latest Firmware.
- Download the appropriate Firmware to download and then open in the Browser "speed port.ip".
- Now you need to register. When you first Login, the user name is "admin", the device password, refer to the Router.
- Now select the top-left of the entry in the "expert view" and then open "System" > "Firmware Update".
- Via "Browse" you can now access the downloaded file and upload it.

- For the Firmware Update of the digitalization box (Digibox), enter "192.168.2.1" in the Browser and log in.
- Then click "save configuration" and "OK" and then select "system software update".
- Confirm this once again with "update" and start the Update by clicking on "Start"
- Wait until the Router has downloaded the latest Version and installed it. Then you can start with "Reboot" the System.
