Facebook-password reset
You have forgotten your password, you can reset it. To do this, start the Browser and call Facebook on.
- In the Login area, you will find under the window for your login information the Link "forgot password?". Click on this link.
- On the next page, you are looking for your account. To do this, you must provide certain information. With your E-Mail, the user name, phone number, or your full name then start the search.
- It now follows, where appropriate, a safety review. Type in the Code and confirm this. You will now be shown whether your account could not be found. This is not the case, try it again with one of the other information.
- Depending on the type of account you will now be asked the name of one of your friends to enter; it may be that this step is omitted (for example, if you have specified a GMail account as a reference). After the successful confirmation, you can specify whether the confirmation code to be sent to your E-Mail address or to your mobile phone.
- After you have entered the Code, you will be redirected. You can be awarded on the following page and confirm a new password. The password Change Facebook confirmed to you via e-Mail to your reference email account.
Facebook Login Area
As a precaution, you should choose "Me from the other devices sign out". This has the effect that an unauthorized user is automatically logged out of your account and no longer have access and your new password is valid.
