Eventim: Tickets not received - what to do?

You have not received your Tickets from Eventim, even after a long wait, they are not as yet completely chanceless. As you can still get the tickets or at least get your money back, we will show you here.

In time for the concert - The search for the missing cards

Eventim itself points out, that can delay the delivery of a consignment of up to seven working days. You wait longer, you should follow the following steps:
