Cucumber insert - the basic recipe for vinegar cucumbers
In the next sections, we will show you a delicious recipe variations for pickles. The basic recipe for pickling a cucumber is, however, prepared in the same way.
- Before you can load the cucumbers, there is a need for preparation. To do this, wash the food thoroughly and remove the remnants of the stems. Then, you give the vegetables in a large vessel and add per Kilo of cucumber, four tablespoons of salt. Fill with as much water, until the vegetables are completely covered and leave it over night like that.
- On the following day, wash the cucumbers thoroughly again and put you in Essigsud. Heat the 750 milliliters of water and white wine vinegar with two tablespoons of salt, and 350 grams of brown sugar in a large saucepan, until the sugar has completely dissolved. Cucumber insert salty as an Alternative
You like pickles, you can use this recipe for the Insertion of the food. As a Sud again, use the basic recipe, replace the sugar with 75 grams of salt.
