Spotify: Crossfade is active - so it goes
In all versions of Spotify, except the Browser App is Crossfade and Gapless Playback available for free. So, you can find the respective settings:
- In the PC Version of Spotify you first launch the Software and just press the Shortcut [Ctrl] + [P]. Now you are in the settings. Press to display optionally on the "Advanced settings". Scroll then down to the gate on the "play".
- Here you need to put the check mark next to "Crossfade" and then the bar in addition to a value between one and twelve seconds. The longer you choose the time, the earlier the songs go into one another. In our Test, we scored with seven seconds often a good Transition (see picture).
- On iOS, you can find the Option in the settings (Gear icon). In this menu, as well as on the PC.
- Under Android, you can find the settings using the Gear icon. Also here you can set the Feature under "playback".
