Also on the English keyboard, you can enter the @-sign. Although the @Symbol is not on the keyboard, but with a simple key combination you can paste it in any place. We will show you in this practice tip as you type the @character on British and American keyboards.

At-sign (@) on English keyboards to enter - here's how

English keyboard (UK): Press the buttons [Shift] + [‘] (on the right-hand [Shift] key)
English keyboard (USA): Press the buttons [Shift] + [2]
English keyboard (Canada): Press the keys [AltGr] + [2]
Mac: [Alt] + [L]
Tip: On all keyboards, you can type the @character with a combination [Alt] + [6] [4]. (The two digits you need to enter on the number pad.)
