The aforesaid error is mostly caused by a not sent to the security log. The Problem you get quickly back into the handle:
- Open the control panel and look at the top right to the "Internet options".
- Navigate to the Advanced tab and scroll down in the list to the bottom.
- You select all the check boxes with "TLS" and click on the "OK"Button.
- Reload the website, it should be gone from the error.
- If the error persists, try to run the Video through Internet Explorer or follow the instructions in the next paragraph.
