Amazon-Download for games and Software: Download start again
- Log in to Amazon or click on the "My account".
- Select "My Games and Software library" in the drop-down menu, or follow directly this Link.
- Here you will find a listing of all purchased digital games and programs. You can download it with one click again.
- Breaks the Download again from and you can create your own sources of error (e.g., no stable Internet connection) to exclude, apply for free to the Amazon customer support.
Failed Download music fix
- A log for this on Amazon and click under "My account" "My orders".
- Find here the order of the Songs or album and select "launch Amazon Cloud Player". You will now be directed to the Web App to the Amazon music Stores. Here you can see all the purchased titles.
- Put a check mark in front of the failed Song and click "Download". The Download file, you must as usual in the "Amazon MP3-Downloader" to open the Download begins automatically.
