Microsoft account password change
- Go to the Xbox Live Website.
- Click top right on "Login".
- Then click on "Can't access your account?"
- Now select the Option "I forgot my password" and confirm with "Next".
- Under "Microsoft account", your E-Mail address that you specified under Xbox Live. Fill in the Captcha input field, and then click "Next".
- Finally, select whether you want to receive a security code by E-Mail or if you want to answer the security question. The security code will be sent to your specified E-Mail address that you specify in the following step. In the second Option, you need to answer your security question.
- You can then enter your new password and click again on "Next". Your password has now been changed
