Rebooting via Reset-button
The easiest solution is to press the Restart button on the Easybox. You can find this on the back, at the very bottom, right next to the power cable.
- Press and release the Reset button.
- Now all the red lights for telephony, wireless, and DSL of the Easybox should go out, only the Power indicator lights up red.
- After all the lights go on again. All lights light up red again, work all the Features back. Please have a few minutes of patience.

Easybox to launch in the Browser
You can start the Easybox in your Browser. Please note here that all of the following are the factory settings for the Easybox. If you have changed your password or login name, please contact the Vodafone helpline (0800 - 172 12 12, toll-free Hotline).
- Go to your Browser (Firefox, Chrome, Opera, etc.).
- Enter in the address bar "http://easybox".
- You will be prompted to login. The default username is "root", the default password is "123456". Click on the "Log in".
- You go to the top of the gray line on the "Extras".
- Click in the menu on the left to "restart".
- Now click on the "reboot" Button. Fear not, your settings will not change due to the reboot.
- As described above, extinguish the red light first, before you light up again.
