Windows 8.1 is strictly with regard to the use of unsigned drivers and so unzertifizierter Hardware. Can allow you such driver is old or exotic Hardware only, by turning off the Signing check. How do we explain here.

Windows 8.1: signing audit disable unsigned driver allow
