First Test: cable and charger right?
Before you take further steps, you should test whether or not your charging cable and adapter are fine.
- First you should test the cable on another USB-Adapter with the identical current intensity. If your device now charges normally, the charging adapter is broken.
- For comparison, you can use your charger with a different cable. If your device now loads at normal speed, your cable is defective.
Current output check
If you don't have the original charger for your device, it could be that your replacement charger is outputting does not have enough power. In this case, you will need to replace your charger, to charge your Smartphone battery back to normal.
