Printer driver uninstall and re-install
Problems can occur during Installation from the printer, and helps to is often a simple Uninstall and then re-installing the associated driver is:
- Simultaneously press the keys [Windows] and [R], so that the command "Run" will open.

- Here, select the Option "Uninstall" and then "Install".

Windows 7/8/10: setting up your printer manually
If Windows does not recognize your printer or is not correctly installed, you need to set up the device manually:
- Open the control panel and there you can select the category "Hardware and Sound" from.
- At the top, click "devices and printers" and click the Button "add a printer".
- Now the connected printer. Even if this should be found, click on the button "The printer that I want isn't listed".
