Powerbank is not acceptable - it can be
- Charging cable check: First, you should rule out a Defect in the charging cable. Try charging another device with the same connector with the cable or replace the cable.
- There is a loose contact: a loose connection on the charging socket comes as a cause of error in question. Wiggle the cord and try to turn the device on. A wobble should there be contact, the only solution is a replacement. If you still have warranty, you can let the power Bank from the manufacturer swap.
- Original cable: Some phones don't accept cables with the original cable. Especially iPhones voters are here. Try another phone to charge or replace the cable with an original cable.
- Replace the device: Should use the replacement of the cable or a loose existence of contact, only the replacement of the Powerbank.
