Step 1: the Display on the iPhone 5 solve

Step 2: remove the battery
- In the bottom third you will find on the right-hand sides of two elongated metal plates. Remove the lower two of the three screws.
- Lift the bottom metal plate with the plastic pin, and remove it. Below you will find the connection from the PCB to the battery. You will also remove this connection with the plastic pen.
- With the flat side of the metal pin, you can now remove the battery. Since this is glued, you need some patience to pry. The battery is glued very strongly, you can apply the glue with a hair dryer from the bottom a little softening.
Step 3: Lightning connector to solve
- At the point of the last screw removed, you can find a thin cable. Remove it gently.
- The Lightning connector is secured with two screws. Obliquely on the left-hand screw you remove now, the easy glued connection to the Home Button.
- In the lower part (below the battery) you will find a total of seven screws. You remove all of these screws.
- Left of the Lightning connector, there is a silver cover. You can solve this with the plastic pen.
- The bottom right is the speaker. Lift the component only slightly, and you try to rotate something. So it is very easy to remove.
- In the removal of the battery, we have taken only two out of the three screws. Now remove the third screw and the second metal plate. Below you will find a flat cable with the plastic pen solve.
Step 4: Lightning connector replacement
- Where the speaker was located, is on the loosened ribbon cable. Right here it is glued to a point. You can solve this issue with the metal pin.
- The cable can now be easily removed. The Lightning port and microphone and headphone Jack solves also.
- Under the component, several washers are located. Make sure that they leave your place.
