Hard reset: Polar a360 via a PC reset
If in case your watch will encounter a serious problem, you can put them back with the help of a PC to factory condition. For this purpose, you need the manufacturer's software to Polar flow sync and the USB cable in the package.
- With the Reset, all personal data will be lost on your device. Perform this procedure only if it is really necessary.
- You connect the watch via the USB cable to your PC and start the program.
- You can open the settings via the Gear icon and click on "reset to factory settings".

The same effect, only without the need for additional Software, you can achieve directly on the bracelet:
- Press and hold the button on the lower left edge of the watch From being pressed, until the Symbol appears. The pairing, you can ignore the attempts in this time.
- Then, tap the power icon and hold the button again during the shutdown process for about five seconds.
- With both kinds of Reset, you must set up your watch again with flow-sync (after the purchase). For this, you should use your old Polar account again.
