Navigon will not start - what to do?
- Battery: Connect your Navi with the flow and let it a few minutes to recharge. It was no longer used, is discharged, the device may low. The following instructions are not successful, you can open the device and removing the battery and then reinsert it. The battery is defective, it can be replaced, this cost-effective.
- Soft Reset: the System hung up, a Soft Reset often to quick success. Take a pointed object and press the Reset button on the back or bottom of the device.
- Hard Reset: in This case, all data will be deleted irrevocably! Follow the instructions only if you have backed up your data previously. Keep simply the-/-button for about 10 seconds. Subsequently, the recovery should be offered on Display or carried out directly.

With the Software Navigon Fresh you can use your navigation device to the Computer to factory settings to reset.
- To do this, connect your GPS via USB cable to the PC and start the Software. In the ideal case, your Navi will be detected directly.
- Click above on "My Navigon device" to the point "restore device", all settings and data on the Navi deleted.
- Then the latest Firmware will be downloaded to the device and installed. Your GPS should now start correctly and function properly.
