O2 Nano SIM card online and by Hotline, to order
You can use a contract from O2, you will pay for your new SIM-card as much as 25 euros. As a Prepaid customer, you only have to pay 10 euros for a Nano-SIM. According to O2 the new SIM card takes around 3 to 5 working days to arrive you at your home.
- Hotline: no Matter whether contract or Prepaid customer, under the 089 - 78 79 79 400 you can order your new Nano SIM easily in the case of O2. Alternatively, the also online:
- Contract customers: Log in online at My O2 , and there you can select the category "My Tariff" from. Here you will find the Option "SIM card".
- Prepaid customers: Prepaid customers log in also with My O2 one. Under the item "Tariff & Packs" you will see the entry "replacement SIM card".
