Trainer Level in Pokemon GO to increase the it brings you
Unlike previous Pokemon editions, you no longer have to level up in Pokemon GO each Pokemon individually. Instead, the strength of your bag monster is to your own Trainer Level. Overall, you can expect with a higher Trainer Level, the following advantages:
- The higher your Level, the stronger the Pokémon you can catch. The appearing Pokemon to have more CP. You are thus severe, but also in Fighting stronger.
- Each Level-Up also gives you rewards such as potions, Reviver, Super -, or Hyper balls.
- In addition, there are certain Levels new Features. From Level 5 you can join such a Team and arena, compete, and Level 8-Time lock modules for first use.

In order to raise your Trainer Level to the next level, you must earn so called XP. The required number for the next level increase rises with each Trainer Level. XP for the following actions:
- Pokemon to catch: Catch any Pokemon, you will receive 100 XP. You throw the Pokeball, if the colored fishing circle is particularly small, you may receive up to 100 XP in addition. For a Curveball , there are 10 XP and if you like the Pokemon even in the first attempt, catch, wave 50 XP in addition.
- Pokedex expand: Catch a new Pokemon for the first Time, created a Pokedex entry. There are 500 XP extra.
- Fight: Defeat them in an Arena a Pokemon on your team, you will receive 10 XP. You win a battle against a Pokemon of the other team, you receive 100 XP. For each defeated Pokemon in this Arena, the XP number is increasing by 100: For the second win, you receive 250 XP, the third 350 XP, and for the fourth 450 XP. You can defeat all the Pokemon of the opposing Arena, it 100 XP.
- Developments: Develop Pokemon, you get 500 XP. Should you not have the new Pokemon yet, you're going to get one set of 500 XP.
- Eggs ausbrühten: For each new Egg-hatched Pokemon you get extra XP. The exact number depends on the eggs. For a 2-km-and-Egg, you get 200 XP, for a 5-km-and-Egg 500 XP and a 10-km-and-Egg, there are 1,000 XP.
- Pokestops: To Pokestops you get not only Items, but also some of the points. The are always 50 XP per Pokestop. For the first Pokestop of each day, 1,000 XP waving also. Turn every day for a week at least a Pokestop, there are unique instead of the 1000 even 2000 XP.
