How to create a Backup under Origin
Just follow the tips below to make a Backup in the Origin create:
- First, open the program folder of Origin under "C:\Programme".
- Copy of the game folder you want to save to the Desktop or an external hard drive.
- You start Origin and click "Origin" to "application settings". In the Tab "Advanced" then select the correct path in the "downloaded games".
- Click with the right mouse button on the game you want to backup and select "Download".
- To start the process, click on "download Now". Once the process is started, click on the Pause Button.
- You switch back to the program folder of Origin and move the content from the Backup folder into the correct program folder. Select the Option "Copy and replace".
- Once this process is complete, you can set the Download with a click on the Play Button to continue.
