What do you mean "unlocked" in the cell phone purchase?

If you buy a Smartphone without Simlock new, this has many advantages for you. It is not locked and you can use any SIM card.
  • You can insert any SIM card and are not tied to a provider. The current provider you can switch at will, of course, if you are not tied to any contract.
