Polar m400 with chest strap pair – so it works
- Put on the chest strap and press the Start button of your Polar m400.
- As soon as the message "touch To Pair the Sensor with m400", keep you belt the fitness tracker directly to the chest and wait until this is recognized.
- The Smartwatch has found the chest strap, is shown coupling the device ID of "Polar H7 xxxxxxxx". Confirm with "Yes", then appears "pairing" ended.

- Navigate Pair on the Sport Smartwatch Polar m400 to the "General settings" -> "and sync" -> "Other device pairing" and press the Start button.
- The fitness tracker is looking now. As soon as he is able to find, appears to be the device ID of "Polar H7 xxxxxxxx pairing".
- After pressing the Start button, the display will show "pairing".
- The pairing up was successful, the message "pairing completed".
