The language of the Polar M400 change
- Sign in with the account for your Polar M400 in the Flow web service at.
- You then select at the top right of your user name and click on "settings".
- On the "General" tab you will be directed to the language settings.
- Under "Flow of language" and "language", the Option "English".
- On "Save" to transfer the new language to your device.

If the settings are not applied after the Download of the language of Polar Flow directly, you can change the language also in the Tracker itself.
- Press the/buttons until you reach the Option "input".
- Here select the "General settings".
- On "language" you can select the entry "English".
