CyanogenMod: Google Play Store ZIP download
- Open the website of OpenGApps, you can here choose between different packages.
- You decide for a platform, the correct Version of Android as well as for a variant of the GApps.
- Over the Download Button the more or less large ZIP file is downloaded.
- It is the ZIP-file on a SD-card to save. Alternatively, you can use the internal memory.

- Boot up your Android Smartphone in Recovery Mode.
- Select with the arrow keys to select "install zip" then "choose zip from sdcard". Locate the ZIP file and select it. The Google Apps are now installed, including Gmail, the Play Store or hangouts.
- Once the Installation is complete, return to the main menu and reboot your Smartphone. The GApps should be installed.
- You want to only the Play Store and any other Google Apps, you can all the unused Tools with an App like "Root Uninstaller" to remove it.
