Personal e-mail signature for each mailbox set
By default, signature is available as an e-mail for each Account "From my Windows Phone sent". You can set, for example, for the business Email Inbox of a different signature for your personal e-mail account.
- First, open your E-Mail account on the Windows Phone, for example, "Hotmail".
- The bottom right, click the three dots and open the "settings".
- Here, you can now replace the default signature with your own Text.
- So you can personalize the signature for each individual Email account on your Windows Phone.
