Windows 8 to 8.1 - so the Update succeeds
- You move in the desktop view, the mouse pointer in the lower-right edge of the screen to open the menu list of Windows 8.
- Now click on "Start" and the Icon "Store".
- In the Store, you see now the entry "Windows 8.1" update. You click on it. If you do not see the Icon, type in the search "Windows 8.1".
- Then click on the Button "Download". The Download size is about 3.6 GB and is running in the Background.
- Once the Download is complete, install the Update to Windows 8.1 automatically in the Background.
- After the Installation, restart the PC. After that, the Update to Windows 8.1 is complete.
