Windows 8: add user account
- Open the control panel.
- Top right, click on the category "user accounts and Family Safety" and select the "user accounts".
- At the bottom, select the Option "manage Another account" and then "New user from the add in PC settings".
- Now go directly to the "PC settings". Click on "add account" you can create another account.
- Tip: To set up a local account with no Microsoft Account select "Microsoft account".
