You want to change the startup or login sound of Windows 7, you will not need any special Software. You can find all the settings in the control panel:
- Click on the bottom left Windows icon and select in the start menu, select "control panel".
- In the category "Hardware and Sound" section, click the "Sound" Option on the "system sound".
- In the new window a list of all Windows Sounds will appear. Here you can search for the entry "Windows application" and select it.
