Cortana: So you change the voice in Windows 10
- You go into the settings on the Start menu and click "time and language".
- On the left, select "speech".
- At this point, you have to click in the area of "Text-to-speech" on the Drop-Down menu.
- Here you can choose between "Microsoft Katja Mobile" and "Microsoft Stefan Mobile".
- Directly below that, you can also change the speaking speed on the basis of the regulator.
