E-mail account from Outlook 2013, 2010, 2007 and 2003 delete
- Office 2013 and 2010: Click the file tab. Under the "account information" click the "account settings", where you can find again the "account settings". Select the desired account, click on the Button "Remove" and then confirm with "Yes".
- Outlook 2007: Click in the top menu bar on "tools" and select the "account settings". Under the tab "E-Mail" you will find your E-Mail Accounts. Select the desired one and then click on "Remove" (see picture). Confirm the query with "Yes".
- Outlook 2003: Click in the top menu bar on "tools" and then "E-Mail accounts". Select the Option "Existing E-Mail accounts, view or edit" and click "Next". Select the E-Mail account that you want to remove, click Remove, and then click "finish".

Caution: With the deactivation of your account will not be closed, only your e-mail Account, but also the services they are connected to - for example, your Xbox account.
- Open following Link to delete your account.
- Log in with your Email address and your password.
- Scroll down, enter your password and click on the "Next"Button.
- You can follow the instructions to delete your account completely.
