- You first go into the "system settings" of Windows 10.
- Click then on "Update and security".
- On the left side, then select "restore".
- Under "This PC" click on the Button "get started" and then select "remove All".
- Note: In this method, all data from the hard disk will be deleted.
- Wait until the process is completed before you set up Windows again.

- Restart the PC and press during the boot process, press the [F11].
- Wait until the Recovery menu appears, and then select "reset To factory settings".
- Confirm the process and wait until the Reset is complete.
- Note: in this variant, all of the files from the hard disk will be deleted.
- You may be asked during the process, the supplied installation DVD, insert it.
