How to delete in Windows 7 libraries
- Open the start menu and type below in the search box "regedit". You start the same registry Editor.
- You may need to confirm this step with the user account control. To do this, click the warning to "Yes".
- Navigate in the left column to the key: "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Desktop\NameSpace".
- Then click with the right mouse button on the entry "{031E4825-7B94-4dc3-B131-E946B44C8DD5}" and select "Export". Then search for a location to save the System file, for emergency.
- Now remove the entry permanently, by clicking with the right mouse button on the key and select Delete. Confirm the warning by clicking "Yes".
- After a restart of your computer, the library is removed. In case of problems, restore the previously backed up file, Click on Backup and follow the installation instructions.
