Windows 8: auto-hide the taskbar - so it goes
- Open the control panel in Windows 8.
- Click on "appearance and personalization" and select "taskbar and Navigation".
- It is the properties of the task to open the bar.
- You place a check mark in "auto-hide the taskbar".
- Save the Change using the "Apply" and "Ok".
