To copy the file via Drag & Drop
To copy a file and paste, you can select the right-click and select Copy to another location on the same path insert. Also use the key combination [Ctrl] + [C] to Copy and [Ctrl] + [V] to Paste is known. But that also Drag and Drop files to copy, only a few know:
- To do this, select first all files you want to copy.
- Then, press the [Ctrl] key and drag the selected files to the destination folder. This can also be the same folder or the Desktop.
- As soon as you release the mouse button in the destination folder, there is stored a copy of the file(s). The Original file remains in the origin folder but continue to receive.
