Backup with Windows Live Mail: back up emails and account settings

Microsoft ended support of Windows Live Mail on January 10, 2017 and no longer offers it for download.

Restoring the account settings works similarly and is done in a few steps:

1. Open Windows Live Mail and click "File" in the menu bar.
2. First select "Export email" and then "Account".
3. Click "Import..." and select your accounts IAF file. Click "Open".
