The Administrator Rights
You can use your Windows machine with only one user Account, so you automatically have the administrator rights. Also in the case of multiple users, there must be always an Administrator - usually the one who has set up the PC for the first time. Also multiple users can have administrator rights.
The temporary law
Your user account is not an administrator account, so you can still install a new program. Is Windows you should install this as a user with administrator privileges. This is a unique password, you may now also briefly to the administrator to carry out activities.
Administrator rights permanently
You want to obtain the final administrator rights, so you need to convert your account into an administrator account.
- Open the control panel. Here, you select the item "user accounts" (The wording varies depending on Windows Version).
