Telekom does not Entertain if the TV goes
- In the first instance to turn off the Media Receiver with the remote and then back on again.
- Entertain does not work, still have to start the Media Receiver new.
- - Switch the Receiver off again using the remote control.
- After that, you grab behind the Media Receiver, and set the toggle switch. Best then wait a few seconds before you press the toggle switch.
- The Media Receiver will now reboot. This process can take several minutes.

The restart of the Media receiver should bring no improvement, it could be your Internet connection is the cause of the Problem.
- In the event you take a look at your port speed.
- Your DSL connection has no Internet connection, if the DSL light is flashing.
- Sometimes, the DSL connection syncs new. Therefore, you have to wait for approx. 15 minutes.
- You should then have no Signal, to call the disorder hotline Telekom on the free phone number: 0800 33 01000
