Sky Q: Update to new Version-force
With Sky Q, to get the Sky Receiver is not only a new user interface, but also some new features. The Update to Sky Q has not reached since may of 2018, however, in the case of each user.
- The Updates are first recorded after the other automatically. Until August Sky Q is supposed to arrive at, for each and every user.
- The Update to Sky Q is downloaded in the night and installed. When the automatic Update in the Sky-the Receiver starts is a coincidence.
- Sky recommends to wait until the Update comes by itself. You can force the Update manually, then Sky on Demand and Sky Store work, however. The customer service has to switch the function on once again for free.
